Quintal Law offers clients a free, non-threatening and non-judgmental meeting to answer your questions and educate you about your rights. This is not a sales pitch – there is no obligation and no hidden costs.
Our 30 minute free consultation includes a review your case. I will gather a historical background from you, may look at some of the documents that you have received from the court, and take a look at any social circumstances and mitigating factors that may be pertinent to your case. I will also explain the process and how Quintal Law can help. If I am unable to assist you, I will explain that at as well.
The free consultation is also an explanatory process. I will offer quotes as to initial retainers and costs, general time frames, and what information will be necessary for the client to work with the attorney. Our free consultation does not cover any handouts. Our extensive packets of information are reserved for clients only.
Individuals will also be able to ask questions that apply to their case. I will try to clarify any issues that remain unclear.
